Annual accounts were presented by Chris Cann and approved with no objections. The election of trustees took place. Matthew Phillips had stepped down last year, and Patricia Squires tendered her resignation as Chair and Trustee. Ben Singer, Patricia Squires, Jeff Richards, and Chris Cann were tasked with further discussions.
The date of the next meeting is to be confirmed.
